Overview

A sports marketing agency working with some of the biggest partnerships in global motorsport is hiring an Account Executive to join their Partner Management team in London. This is a permanent, full-time role based on a hybrid pattern of three days in the office. The salary is £29,500.

This role sits at the heart of a high-profile Formula 1 team partnership, supporting a close-knit account team across EMEA and Asia Pacific. Day-to-day, you will be keeping the operational engine running: maintaining asset trackers, managing merchandise and rights requests, coordinating logistics with suppliers, and making sure nothing slips through the cracks across a packed race calendar. What makes this genuinely interesting is the environment. F1 partnerships move fast, the stakes are high, and no two weeks look the same. If you are someone who gets energy from complexity, takes ownership without being asked, and has a real love for Formula 1, this is a rare entry point into one of the sport's most prestigious accounts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day delivery of a flagship F1 team partnership across EMEA and Asia Pacific
  • Maintain and update asset trackers, request trackers, status documents and rights inventories
  • Place and manage merchandise orders and asset requests, ensuring accurate tracking and timely delivery
  • Take and circulate meeting notes with clear action tracking and follow-up
  • Assist with client presentations, reports and toolkits
  • Coordinate logistics and deliverables with internal teams and external suppliers
  • Support approvals processes, rights requests and activation delivery
  • Maintain accurate records of partnership assets and usage across the season
  • Build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and agency partners

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Team and Culture

  • A small, experienced account team working on a high-profile, fast-moving brief
  • High standards and a collaborative environment where everyone pulls their weight
  • Self-starters are valued, people who wait to be told what to do next tend to struggle
  • The work is genuinely varied and the F1 calendar gives it a rhythm and energy that is hard to find elsewhere

Challenges

  • Plans change without warning. A race delay, a cancelled booking, a client request the night before an event for a guestlist of 90 - these situations require a confident call, not a long escalation chain
  • The pace is real and sustained across the full season, not just at peak moments
  • You will be expected to take ownership early, so anyone who needs close direction to get started will find this role difficult
  • The interview process moves quickly, with a task and presentation stage aiming for a three-week turnaround, so be ready to show your thinking, not just your CV
