Account Executive – Creative Production
12-Month FTC | Central London | On-site
We’re looking for an experienced Account Executive to join a fast-paced creative production environment, working closely with a major client and a wider team of creatives, content specialists, and production experts.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being at the heart of creative delivery — managing briefs, coordinating multiple projects, building strong client relationships, and making sure work gets delivered accurately, efficiently, and on time.
The Role
You’ll work closely with the Account Director and wider studio team, taking ownership of a range of creative production projects across digital and print channels. Projects could include website content, catalogues and e-catalogues, exhibition materials, and other creative deliverables.
You’ll be responsible for keeping projects moving, managing client communications, spotting potential issues before they become problems, and ensuring everything is delivered to the agreed timelines and standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day client relationships and communications across projects.
- Take ownership of assigned projects from brief through to delivery.
- Coordinate with creative, production, and studio teams to ensure briefs are delivered effectively.
- Manage timelines, deadlines, WIPs, SLAs, and project updates.
- Set and manage client expectations, responding quickly to changing requirements.
- Identify potential project risks and put solutions in place.
- Troubleshoot issues and escalate anything with wider commercial impact.
- Look for opportunities to improve processes and remove inefficiencies.
- Support the Account Director and wider Account Management team on larger and more complex projects.
- Build trusted relationships with client teams and provide guidance around creative content production.
- Prepare client and internal reports, organise meetings, and track project KPIs.
- Collaborate with wider regional Account Management teams, sharing knowledge and best practice.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
