Wales. Our office is based in Cardiff but we’re open to applications from across Wales.
Permanent.
Full time 37.5 hours.

What we are looking for:
- Welsh language skills.
- The ability to produce high-quality written consultation materials and manage competing deadlines.
- A hunger to learn, an enthusiastic attitude and an open mind.
- A desire to work at pace, learn by osmosis from industry experts, and deliver consistently high-quality work.
- An interest in current affairs and / or an understanding of how local government works.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A team player who is proactive in delivering work but also reactive in challenging situations.
- A creative mindset with the ability to develop storytelling skills.
What you’ll need to do:
- Be a key member of the team, supporting Account Managers, Account Directors and Directors in the delivery and development of exceptional services to ensure client and Group objectives are met. You will be developing commercial expertise and wider project management skills which will support career progression.
- Support the wider team on the delivery of planning and management of public consultations across FMGC, property, energy and infrastructure.
- Attend client meetings, deputising for Account Managers when required.
- Manage the writing and production of consultation materials.
- Undertake political and stakeholder research and provide insight that can help shape campaigns.
- Carry out analysis and collate evidence for consultation events and communication strategies.
- Understand clients well enough to represent them to their audiences.
- Write press releases, presenting good quality, accurate articles with attention to detail.
- Media monitoring.
- Use social media to promote consultation and engagement activities.
- Identify and support new business opportunities and regularly attend networking events.
- Contribute to the marketing efforts of the team and wider business.
