Account Executive - Advanced Technical AI

Multiple UK locations - London | Midlands | Hertfordshire | Cambridge
(one day per week onsite)
Base £75,000 - £90,000 plus extremely attractive comms (60/40 split)

Very few AI businesses are truly investable at the highest levels, especially in their current form, but this business is certainly one of the ones making waves at the forefront of VC activity... raising close to $400m since their inception.

They're reputation already precedes them.

Our retained client is a fast-growing, venture-backed technology company building an AI-driven technical solutions platform which is changing how the world's leading manufacturers deploy products. Their software is used by world's elite engineering teams across multiple High-Tech and Advanced Electronics, turning months of simulation work into days... In short, it gives engineers insights to enable them to make much more informed critical 'build decisions'.

As the business scales its UK presence, we are exclusively tasked in hiring an experienced Account Executive to own the full enterprise sales cycle: identifying strategic prospects, building executive relationships, and closing and expanding complex, multi-stakeholder deals involving engineering, IT, procurement and senior leadership.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
