£50,000 + Uncapped Commission
The Opportunity
Want to sell a solution that helps some of the UK's biggest businesses make a genuine difference?
This is an exciting opportunity to join one of Bristol's leading Tech for Good businesses as they continue to grow their commercial team.
We're looking for an experienced Account Executive to take ownership of new business, from identifying and engaging prospective customers through to building relationships and closing deals.
You'll be selling a genuinely compelling solution that helps major organisations deliver measurable social and environmental impact within their local communities.
This is a role for someone who enjoys the full new business process. You'll be proactive in generating opportunities, strategic in your approach and confident having consultative conversations with senior decision-makers.

What You'll Be Doing
- Delivering against quarterly and annual new business revenue targets
- Proactively generating and engaging new business opportunities
- Managing the sales process from initial outreach through to close
- Identifying and mapping key stakeholders within target organisations
- Building strong, consultative relationships with prospective customers
- Taking a strategic approach to understanding customer challenges and presenting tailored solutions
- Maintaining an up-to-date understanding of the market, industry trends and competitor activity
- Working closely with the wider Sales and Client Success teams to ensure a seamless customer journey
- Maintaining strong product knowledge and confidently communicating the value of the platform
- Sharing market feedback and new ideas with the wider business
- Identifying opportunities for new product development and additional market opportunities
- Maintaining accurate pipeline and activity data through HubSpot
- Bringing energy, ideas and a positive attitude to a growing commercial team
What You'll Need To Apply
- Proven experience in B2B new business or solution sales
- A consistent track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Experience managing a full sales cycle from lead generation through to close
- A proactive and self-motivated approach to prospecting and generating new opportunities
- Strong communication, presentation and relationship-building skills
- A consultative and strategic approach to selling - MEDDPICC experience advantageous
- Experience engaging with senior stakeholders and decision-makers
- Confidence using CRM systems, ideally HubSpot, and other sales technologies
- Strong commercial awareness and an interest in understanding customer challenges
- The ability to work independently whilst contributing positively to a collaborative team
- A creative mindset and confidence bringing new ideas to the table
