WE'RE HIRING: Commission- AE / Sales Rep — UK Medical & Healthcare Space
Allied Health Media helps private UK doctors and clinics get fully booked with high-value patients through paid ads and CRM systems. We're growing fast and need a sharp SDR/AE to keep the pipeline full and close.
THE ROLE
- 100% commission-only, uncapped — top setters here are realistically at $3-6k/mo OTE once ramped, no ceiling
- Book qualified intro/demo calls + close them with UK medical consultants and clinics from warm + outbound leads + inbound leads.
- Fully remote, work your own hours as long as the dials and bookings happen
- Direct coaching from a team running live 6-7 figure ad accounts — this isn't theory, you'll see the numbers

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

WHO WE WANT
- 2+ years of sales/setting/appointment-booking experience (any industry — bonus points if it's medical/healthcare/private practice)
- Comfortable and credible talking to UK medical professionals — GPs, consultants, practice owners. Need to hold your own in that conversation, not just read a script
- Coachable over "already knows everything" — we can teach the system, we can't teach hunger
- Thick skin for objections and no-shows, still shows up swinging the next day
