Noise Agency is expanding!
Driven by a growing client portfolio and increasing demand, we are looking for a driven, energetic Account Executive to join our vibrant team in Lancaster.
We work with high-profile, well-respected brands across the FMCG, Construction Industry, Infrastructure, Industrial, Commercial, and Public Sector. In this role, you will play an active part in delivering standout creative and digital campaigns while accelerating your own personal career development in a supportive, fast-moving environment.
The Role
As an Account Executive, you will serve as the crucial bridge between our clients and internal agency teams. You'll ensure campaigns run smoothly, stay on budget, maintain clear communication, and deliver measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
Client Management & Communication
- Act as a primary day-to-day liaison between clients and internal agency teams.
- Meet and liaise with clients to understand their business goals and advertising requirements.
- Present creative ideas, campaign strategies, and budget proposals alongside Account Managers and Directors.

Campaign Execution & Administration
- Work with media, creative, SEO, PPC, and social media specialists to brief projects and execute strategies.
- Manage project budgets, track campaign costs, and handle client invoicing accurately.
- Draft performance reports, monitor campaign effectiveness, and manage day-to-day administration.
Business Growth & Pitching
- Assist in preparing and delivering pitch presentations to help secure exciting new business for the agency.
What We Are Looking For
Essential:
- Experience: 2–3 years in client services, marketing communications, sales, media relations, or PR.
- Core Skills: Strong project management, excellent written and verbal communication, and keen attention to detail.
- Technical Proficiency: Solid working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Mindset: A hardworking, organised, and enthusiastic team player who can also work independently and take initiative.

- Prior experience in a fast-paced digital or marketing agency.
- Familiarity with digital marketing channels (SEO, PPC, social media, web development).
- CIM qualifications (e.g., Professional Certificate in Marketing) or a degree in a related discipline.
Salary & Benefits:
- Competitive Pay: £30,000 – £35,000 per annum (dependent on experience) + annual performance bonus.
