Your mission
About Nomupay Nomupay is a global payments platform helping businesses access seamless payment solutions across multiple markets. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a commercially driven Account Executive to join our EMEA sales team and play a key role in expanding our customer base.
The Role
As an Account Executive, you’ll be responsible for identifying, developing and converting new business opportunities, while building strong, long-term relationships with prospective and existing clients.
You’ll take ownership of your sales pipeline, from initial prospecting and qualification through to contract completion, while working closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience and strong customer relationships.
This is an opportunity for a proactive, target-driven salesperson to make a direct impact on revenue growth and Nomupay’s continued expansion.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Generate new business opportunities through proactive outbound sales activity and self-generated leads.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through to contract completion.
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations and product demonstrations tailored to customer needs.
- Qualify prospects and develop opportunities within your sales pipeline.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular pipeline updates and sales forecasts.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure successful customer onboarding and ongoing customer satisfaction.
- Stay up to date with market trends, competitor activity and wider industry developments to identify new opportunities.
- Consistently deliver against outbound activity targets, including calls, meetings, demonstrations and proposals.

Your profile
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who is commercially minded, motivated and comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
You’ll ideally have:
- 3+ years’ B2B sales experience.
- A proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Experience selling payments, fintech, financial services, SaaS or technology solutions is highly desirable.
- Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management abilities.
- Strong commercial awareness and business acumen.
- Experience managing a sales pipeline using a CRM such as Salesforce, HubSpot or similar.
- Excellent organisation and time-management skills.
- The ability to work independently, manage priorities and take ownership of your pipeline.
- A proactive, resilient and tenacious approach to sales.
- The ability to thrive in a high-pressure, dynamic environment.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Finance or a related discipline is preferred but not essential.
