Role Description
The Account Executive role is a part-time, remote position focused on managing and growing client relationships within retail and catering segments. On a day-to-day basis, the Account Executive will communicate with existing and prospective clients, respond to inquiries, and provide tailored product recommendations that align with client needs and budgets. The role includes coordinating orders, tracking delivery timelines, and ensuring a smooth end-to-end customer experience. The Account Executive will collaborate with internal teams to support product development, pricing, and promotional activities, while maintaining accurate records in CRM or similar systems. This position requires proactive outreach, regular follow-up, and consistent reporting on account performance and opportunities.

Qualifications

- Client relationship management skills, including account oversight, follow-up, and customer service.
- Sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to identify opportunities, present solutions, and close deals.
- Strong communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and professional email etiquette.
- Organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple accounts remotely.
- Comfort with digital tools such as CRM platforms, online meeting software, and basic office productivity applications.
- Experience in retail, catering, gifting, or consumer products is beneficial.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting and collaborate effectively with a distributed team.
- Relevant education or proven experience in account management, sales, or business development is preferred.
