The Role

We are seeking an Account Executive to be our "boots on the ground" in London. This is a unique opportunity for a high-performing sales professional to build a territory with the backing of an established, profitable North American SaaS company.

As the #1 employee in the UK, you will be based out of a premier tech hub and will play a pivotal role in establishing our London culture and market presence.


Key Responsibilities

  • Drive new revenue by owning and growing the EMEA territory, hunting for new opportunities and closing high-velocity mid-market SaaS deals
  • Identify and win new logos within the UK and European markets, focusing on the Education, Government and Healthcare sectors.
  • Work closely with the Founders in Toronto/San Jose to localise our value proposition for the London market.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach through to close
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads of UK-based prospects, and nurture opportunities from open to close, employing excellent CRM hygiene
  • Conduct product demonstrations and negotiations with clients
  • Represent the company at relevant industry events and networking opportunities
  • Contribute to early sales processes and documentation
  • Support future hiring and onboarding of additional team members

About You

  • 4-5 years’ experience in B2B SaaS sales, with full-cycle closing responsibility
  • London Market Expert: You have a deep understanding of the UK tech landscape and a proven track record of selling SaaS locally.
  • Experience working in a startup or early-stage environment is highly desirable
  • On-site Champion: Based in London or suburbs of London and able to work on-site. You thrive in an office environment and are excited to help build a local culture from the ground up.
  • Drive: You have a "Founder’s mindset." You don't wait for leads, you create them.
  • Demonstrated ability to generate pipeline and close new business.
  • Comfortable working independently in a new market.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • You have the legal right to work in the United Kingdom.

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a starting base salary of £70k to £80k + Uncapped Commission (OTE - £90k to £100k) and comprehensive benefits within a collaborative, high-growth SaaS environment.

Working Arrangement

This is an on-site role based in London with standard hours from Monday to Friday.
