ABOUT NEUTREENO
Climate change is the defining business challenge of our time, and we're here to solve it. Most decarbonisation solutions count emissions but do nothing to reduce them. We've changed that.
We’re Neutreeno, an emissions-to-performance platform, born out of the University of Cambridge's Department of Engineering. We help companies with supply chains and production processes turn emissions data into operational insight, the kind that cuts costs, sharpens decisions, and unlocks genuine competitive advantage. For operations and finance, it's margin they can measure. For sustainability teams, it's progress they can prove. Same data, two audiences, one engine.
We’re a fast-moving team that values EQ just as much as IQ. Autonomy, high-ownership, speed and no-ego collaboration are at our core. We seek people who care deeply and are eager to work on solving problems bigger than themselves.
THE ROLE
As Neutreeno's Account Executive, you will own the entire commercial motion for our largest enterprise accounts - from first conversation to signed contract. You will be one of the first dedicated salespeople at a company that has already closed six-figure contracts with global enterprises, and you will have direct input into how we scale.
This is not a role where you inherit a mature playbook. You will help write it. That means sourcing, structuring, and closing complex deals across industries with long buying cycles, multiple stakeholders, and procurement and legal processes that require patience and precision. You will work directly with the CEO and Growth lead, with full visibility into strategy and the ability to shape it.
The opportunity is significant. Neutreeno sits at the intersection of regulatory pressure, supply chain transformation, and a genuine gap in the market. Most of our competitors produce numbers that are wrong by an order of magnitude. We can prove that. Your job is to make sure the right people understand it.
This position operates on a hybrid work model with 3 days per week in our Cambridge office. Fully remote arrangements will be considered for outstanding candidates, provided there is sufficient overlap with UK working hours.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
