Join Our Dynamic Team as an Account Executive at Signarama!
Signarama Reading, Lancaster, & Camp Hill: We are a full-service sign business that has served central PA for 25 years. Our purpose at Signarama is to enable organizations to communicate their message with pride. Everyone on our team commits to the following Core Values:
- Dependability
- Efficiency
- Positivity & Optimism
- Respectful Communication
- Team First Mentality
- Craftsmanship
Subscribing to that purpose and set of core values is essential for anyone who joins our team.
We are a veteran-owned business and part of the Signarama network, the largest sign franchise in the world. We also operate Fully Promoted in Central PA, our branded apparel and promotional products company, which gives our reps a second product line to sell into the same accounts.
We are opening two new territories, Camp Hill/West Shore & Reading/Berks, and hiring one rep to own each one. Project management, production, and installation will continue to operate out of our Lancaster facilities.
Position Description
As an Account Executive at Signarama, you will be at the forefront of identifying and capturing signage opportunities with potential clients. Your goal will be to increase the sales volume by presenting our solutions in a knowledgeable and professional manner, ultimately closing sales orders. This position is specifically for the Reading/Berks market.
You will be a great fit for this role if you are a highly motivated and outgoing individual with a strong background in sales and customer service. If you excel in building relationships, possess excellent communication skills, and are adept at recognizing customer needs and presenting effective signage solutions, then we want you on the team!
We are specifically looking to grow our relationships with construction companies, commercial property managers, and businesses with vehicle fleets that are located in the Reading area. If you believe you can contribute to that goal, then you could be a great fit.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and open new accounts: Identify our target customers in the area and initiate consistent outbound activity — cold calls, in-person drop-ins, email and LinkedIn outreach, and follow-up on aging opportunities.
- Networking: Represent Signarama at chamber events, BNI, trade associations, and industry groups in your territory.
- Site surveys: Visit the site, measure, photograph, and document conditions: mounting surface, substrate, electrical access, sightlines, height, and access requirements. Must be comfortable with heights and all weather conditions.
- Build and present quotes: Price jobs using our estimating tools and pricing standards, holding to target margin, and then hand off closed work cleanly to the project manager.
- Own the relationship: Keep the CRM current — activity, pipeline, and next steps and then check in on completed installs, generate reorders and referrals, and grow accounts year over year.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
