About The Role
A unique opportunity to work in Knight Frank’s prestigious RCS team working with a specialist client base and with the opportunity to develop wider business for the firm.
Based in our Global head office, the Residential Corporate Services department is looking to recruit an Account Executive, focusing on the management of existing corporate relationships as well as developing new business.
Supported by the Corporate Services team, you will be responsible for business generation of new accounts across corporates in line with business targets and the management of relocation requirements, matching prospective tenants with properties across London and the Home Counties.
Responsibilities
- General
- Advise a diverse database of clients on the relocation and rental home search process
- Research data accurately and present this information in writing to a highly professional standard
- Match prospective tenants with properties, conduct property tours and advise on lease terms
- Maintain a high profile with the client base to manage existing relationships in order to obtain further instructions for future business
- Liaise with other Knight Frank departments and extended suppliers as required
- Communicate effectively with all concerned to ensure that deals are managed in an efficient and professional manner
- Via business generation, networking and/or presentations to corporates, obtain instructions on the lease requirements of their employees.
- Build and maintain goodwill, confidentiality and trust with prospective and existing clients at all times in order to foster the professional image of the Partners

Experience Required
- Residential Lettings / Property experience in Prime Central London
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work to timeframes and with multiple stakeholders
- Positive attitude and good attention to detail
