Overview

An exciting opportunity to join PepsiCo's Away From Home (AFH) team and play a key role in driving growth across our Restaurants & Coffee Shops channel. This position will support the development and execution of channel strategy while managing commercial relationships with a portfolio of key contracted partners, including customers such as Subway and Greggs.

Reporting into the Hospitality and Contract Catering Channel team, you will contribute to delivering the annual operating plan, identifying new growth opportunities, and supporting the commercial agenda across one of PepsiCo's priority growth channels. You will work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Category, Supply Chain, Finance, and Operations teams to unlock growth and deliver best-in-class customer partnerships.

Away From Home is a strategically important and fast-paced part of the PepsiCo business, offering broad exposure to multiple customer segments, channels, and stakeholders. This role provides an excellent platform for developing customer leadership, commercial acumen, and strategic account management skills.

Channel Strategy & Growth

  • Support the development and delivery of the Restaurants & Coffee Shops Annual Operating Plan (AOP), ensuring alignment with broader AFH and PepsiCo growth objectives.
  • Identify and execute opportunities to drive volume, revenue, and market share growth across multiple consumer occasions, including Breakfast, Lunch, Snacking, and Evening Meals.
  • Analyse customer, consumer, and market trends to identify scalable growth opportunities within the channel.
  • Support the development and execution of customer business plans that deliver mutual growth for both PepsiCo and our partners.

Customer Management

  • Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with key customer stakeholders across your account portfolio.
  • Support the management of commercial agreements, customer negotiations, promotional plans, and contractual commitments.
  • Play a key role in delivering successful contract renewals and supporting long-term partnership development.
  • Act as a trusted partner to customers by providing category expertise, insight-led recommendations, and growth-focused solutions.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
