About The Role
- Manage the full customer lifecycle for account clients, ensuring satisfaction at every stage.
- Handle procurement and quoting for all services, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness.
- Monthly sales target - £60k based on a 21-day working month
- Monthly margin target – 24% average sales margin
- Outbound call activity – Minimum average 10 calls a day
- 50% customer base spending per month
- Having an active sales pipeline - Conversion of non-spending to spending customers
- Consistent regular contact with customer base
- Provide exceptional customer service that drives retention and positive reviews.
- Accurately process orders and collections in a timely manner
- Effectively manage Sales Force tasks assigned to you in a timely manner
- Maintain excellent communication and responsiveness via phone and email.
- Assist the finance department with queries relating to the account
- Collaborate with suppliers and the internal supply chain team to meet customer needs efficiently.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with account customers, becoming their one-stop shop for waste solutions.
What We Need From You
- Proven experience in account management, business development, customer service, or sales (preferably in waste, logistics, or service industries).
- Experience in working in a target-based environment
- Proven experience in pricing and tendering processes, including the calculation and application of VAT and margin percentages
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in order processing.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Computer literate, and experience in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and customer engagement.
