Mid-Market Account Executive – EMEA (Up to £240k OTE + Significant Stock)
We’re working with a rapidly growing cybersecurity company that is redefining how organisations protect themselves against modern social engineering, impersonation and digital threats.
Following significant growth and strong traction with enterprise customers, the business is expanding its UK sales team and is looking for an ambitious Mid-Market Account Executive to take ownership of a defined territory and drive new business growth.
This is an opportunity to join a high-growth security vendor at an exciting stage of its journey, with the backing, customer traction and resources of an established scale-up — while still offering the autonomy and ownership you'd expect from an earlier-stage business.
The Role:
As a Mid-Market Account Executive, you will own the full sales cycle across a portfolio of mid-market organisations, from prospecting and qualification through to negotiation and close.
You’ll work closely with SDRs, Sales Engineers, Partnerships and Marketing to develop opportunities and build relationships with senior stakeholders across Security, IT, Risk, Fraud and Executive teams.
What you’ll be doing:
- Own the full sales cycle from initial engagement through to close
- Build and execute a territory and account strategy across the UK
- Generate new business through a combination of outbound prospecting, partners and inbound opportunities
- Develop relationships with senior decision-makers including CISOs, CIOs, Security, Risk and Fraud leaders
- Run consultative discovery to understand complex security challenges
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations alongside Sales Engineering
- Navigate multi-stakeholder enterprise and mid-market buying processes
- Build accurate pipeline forecasts and maintain strong CRM discipline
- Work cross-functionally with SDR, SE, Marketing and Partnerships teams
- Consistently achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
