Partnering with a Google Ventures backed UK founded AI company, we have been retained by a world class VP sales to scale the Enterprise function for a globally recognised "a16z top 50 AI company."

The business has already established exceptional product-market fit, growing from $0-10M ARR in its first year and is on track to reach $50M ARR by the end of this year. They're building one of the fastest-growing AI platforms in the market and are entering the next phase of growth.

We're looking for Enterprise Account Executive's.

What you'll do:

  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through to closes
  • Build and execute a territory strategy focused on acquiring new business
  • Engage senior decision-makers throughout consultative sales cycle
  • Partner closely with Sales Engineering, Customer Success and Marketing to maximise deal success
  • Consistently achieve and exceed revenue targets

Requirements

  • Proven track record selling SaaS solutions and consistently exceeding quota
  • Experience managing consultative, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
  • Experience selling AI, HRTech, productivity software or adjacent SaaS solutions is advantageous
  • Ambitious, commercially driven and excited by high-growth environments
  • Based in London and able to work from the office three days per week
