VCCP Roar
VCCP Roar is a fully integrated PR and marketing agency, with deep specialisms in consumer, technology, corporate reputation and financial services. The agency brought together three specialist agencies with long heritage in their specialisms: Good Relations (consumer), Harvard (tech) and Teamspirit (financial services) into one fully integrated cross-sector business.
We are disruptors of influence, on a relentless mission to challenge the norm to stay ahead of how influence is earned - and created. We're a 150-person powerhouse and from synthetic audience tools and proprietary AI technology, to thumb-stopping creativity, we are obsessed with being at the forefront of what's next.
About The Role
We are looking for a creative and proactive Account Executive to join our marketing team. In this dynamic role, you will help manage and grow social accounts and work on campaigns for major tech and financial services clients.
From brainstorming ideas and presenting on camera to managing content calendars, editing videos, and analysing performance, you will own the creative process from concept to execution. If you are passionate about digital storytelling, thrive in a collaborative environment, and love staying ahead of social trends, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Content creation & production: produce engaging, social-first content across platforms. This includes writing sharp social copy, briefing speakers, assisting on shoot days, occasionally presenting on camera, and editing videos.
- Editing & post-production: cut and polish video content quickly using social-first editing tools (preferably CapCut).
- Social media management: maintain and update social media calendars, schedule posts, monitor channels, and track performance metrics to optimise future content.
- Client & account support: manage essential administrative documents across multiple client accounts, adapt creative strategies to suit diverse brands, and support filming days on-location or in-studio.
- Team collaboration: partner closely with internal Account Management, Design, and Content/Editorial teams, while actively contributing ideas during internal and client meetings.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
