About The Role

We're looking for a relationship-driven Account Executive to partner with charities and social impact organisations across the UK, helping them harness our technology to advance their mission and achieve greater impact.

This role is ideal for someone who has worked within the non-profit sector and understands the challenges organisations face when balancing ambitious missions with limited resources. Whether your background is in fundraising, donor development, corporate partnerships, grant funding, account management, or business development, you'll bring credibility, curiosity, and a genuine desire to help organisations succeed.

Working with charity leaders and fundraising teams, you'll take a consultative approach to understanding their goals and challenges, helping them identify the right strategies, technology, and services to grow income, strengthen supporter engagement, and deliver meaningful outcomes.

Join Blackbaud and help power the people doing the most good.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
