As demand for these solutions continues to grow, we're expanding our UK sales team and looking for an ambitious Account Executive to help drive the next stage of our growth.
If you're an ambitious, commercially driven new-business sales professional who enjoys winning new business, building lasting customer relationships, and consistently closing complex software deals, and you're looking to join a growing international software company operating in one of today's most dynamic technology sectors, we'd love to hear from you.

The Opportunity

As an Account Executive, you'll take ownership of the complete sales cycle, identifying opportunities, engaging with senior decision-makers, delivering compelling software demonstrations, and closing new business.
You'll work with organizations across a wide range of industries in UK and Ireland, helping finance teams streamline Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), e-invoicing, and document automation processes through Symtrax's SaaS and Hybrid solutions.
Occasional travel will be required for customer meetings, industry events, conferences, and other business activities.

What You'll Do

  • Generate and qualify new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, and marketing-generated leads.
  • Manage opportunities through the complete sales cycle, from initial engagement through to successful close.
  • Develop trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Understand customer business challenges and recommend appropriate software solutions.
  • Deliver engaging and consultative software demonstrations.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial negotiations.
  • Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and forecast using CRM.
  • Collaborate closely with Solution Engineers and internal teams to deliver an outstanding buying experience.
  • Represent Symtrax at exhibitions, conferences, webinars, and networking events.

What We're Looking For

  • You're a driven new-business sales professional with a hunter mentality who thrives on creating new opportunities, building executive relationships, solving business challenges, and consistently closing high-value software opportunities while representing Symtrax with confidence and professionalism.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience selling B2B SaaS or business software solutions.
  • Hunter mentality with a proven ability to generate new business and consistently achieve sales targets.
  • Experience managing the complete sales cycle from prospecting through to closing deals.
  • Strong consultative selling and solution-selling skills.
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to build credibility with finance, IT, and senior business stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated, highly organized, and able to work independently.
