Account Executive
Location: Uxbridge, Sheffield, and Manchester
Work Schedule: 3 days a week in office

We're looking for a driven, commercially minded Account Executive to join our sales team and help clients navigate their technology journey.
As an Account Executive, you'll be a trusted advisor to your customers, building long-term relationships, identifying new opportunities, and delivering innovative technology and services solutions that create real business value. You'll independently manage and grow your portfolio of accounts while collaborating with internal specialists to provide an exceptional client experience.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue growth and expand existing client relationships.
- Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities across Insight's portfolio of technology and solutions offerings.
- Build strong relationships with multiple stakeholders and decision-makers within customer organisations.
- Lead customer meetings to understand business challenges and recommend tailored solutions.
- Grow and manage a healthy sales pipeline while maintaining accurate forecasting.
- Partner with internal teams, vendors, and technology partners to deliver the best outcomes for your customers.
- Utilise CRM tools and sales processes to effectively manage opportunities and drive success.
- Stay informed on market trends, emerging technologies, and industry developments to support customer conversations and business growth.

What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who brings:
- Proven experience managing the full sales cycle and achieving revenue targets.
- Strong business development and account management skills.
- The ability to build trusted relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
- Excellent commercial awareness and negotiation skills.
- Experience forecasting, pipeline management, and strategic account planning.
- A proactive, customer-focused approach with a passion for delivering outstanding service.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work across multiple teams.
