Account Executive - London/Remote

AI agents are already operating inside enterprise networks, making decisions and moving data at machine speed — and most organisations cannot prove which ones are legitimate. Our client solves that. You'd be the person taking it to market.

Most 2–3 year sales roles hand you a patch, a script and a leaderboard. This one hands you a category that barely existed eighteen months ago and a founder who has built and exited companies before.

The product is live, deployed, and has commercial partnerships in place. The technology works. The market is moving. What's missing is commercial firepower — and that's the gap you'd fill.

You will not be employee number 200 with a narrow slice of a mature funnel. You'll be early enough that the playbook, the ICP definition, the objection handling and the qualification framework are things you help build rather than inherit. That's uncomfortable if you need structure. It's career-defining if you don't.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

Founder-led selling, with you in the room. You'll learn deal craft at enterprise level from someone who has done it several times over, not from a manager relaying it second-hand.

What you'll actually do

  • Own outbound into target segments. Research, sequence, call, book.
  • Run discovery and qualification on inbound and partner-referred opportunities.
  • Sit second chair on founder-led deals, then take the pen on your own as you earn it.
  • Feed the loop: what lands, what dies, which objections repeat. Your pattern recognition shapes the messaging.
  • Keep the pipeline honest. Small companies die on inflated forecasts.

Who this is for

  • 2–3 years closing or setting in B2B tech sales, with numbers you can talk through in detail
  • Comfortable being the one who makes the call nobody asked you to make
  • Curious enough to get genuinely fluent in a hard technical story — you'll be talking to CISOs and platform architects, and they can tell within ninety seconds whether you understand what you're selling
  • Resilient about a long-ish enterprise cycle and a market that's still being educated

Who this isn't for

If you want a defined territory, a mature enablement function and a predictable ramp, this will frustrate you — and there are good companies offering exactly that. Say so early and we'll part on good terms.

Package

  • Attractive base, OTE with uncapped commission
