The role

We’re looking to add an additional team member to our amazing team, looking for a proactive Admin Account Executive who puts the client at the heart of everything they do. You would be responsible for the day-to-day handling of orders and production of orders generated by the Key Account Manager team ensuring client satisfaction. A strong decision maker and problem solver, you use your positive ‘can-do attitude’ to get things done and be able to juggle competing priorities. You’re a natural team player who builds strong relationships with clients and stakeholders alike and you jump at the chance to help your colleagues. As a vital link between our Sales team and our clients you’ll expedite workflow in the best interests of the client whilst ensuring you provide a service that is exceptional.

What the successful candidate will need to have

Key Responsibilities & Duties

Major Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Build rapport with internal & external clients over the telephone and by email
  • Receive customer orders from Key Account Managers and raise sales order forms on Imprint
  • Contact suppliers for costings on repeat client orders to confirm accurate pricing
  • Check artwork, have new artwork created and ensure changes are signed off by the client
  • Raise purchase orders to suppliers and send all necessary approved artwork to customers
  • Enter details of any order onto the new order smart sheet and production control smart sheet
  • Carry out production updates with suppliers to ensure production runs to agreed timescales
  • Give all necessary paperwork to the warehouse so the warehouse team know if they need to dispatch goods immediately or hold goods in stock
  • Answer incoming calls and handle all necessary client or supplier queries and hand calls to the relevant person in the business
  • Manage & update online order portal for clients
  • Check and file samples in the relevant client file
  • Work closely with all other departments and the relevant supply chain to achieve agreed contractual due dates
  • Monitor all causes of late/excessive lead times and identify and implement corrective actions
  • Log any client, internal process or supplier issues on NCR Smartsheet
  • Focus on process improvement with a view to minimising lead times
  • Communicate effectively with customers from receipt of order to delivery
  • Provide monthly stock reports to clients

Supporting the Key Account Management team and clients, you will be joining an established team of production planners with a strong focus on outstanding client satisfaction.

In return you'll earn a competitive salary, between £26,500 - £28,200 (Dependent on experience) and a company wide profit share bonus (estimated to be circa 6-7% of annual average).
