About Harri

It's a great time to join Harri as we revolutionize the hospitality industry with our cutting-edge technology solutions for workforce management. We're an innovative, high-growth company with a global presence, dedicated to building strong partnerships and delivering measurable value to our customers.

We are seeking an experienced Account Executive to join our UK team to capitalize on the unprecedented demand for Harri’s market-leading Talent Acquisition (ATS) & Recruitment solution.

We are looking for a persuasive, energetic, and entrepreneurial sales professional with a deep understanding of high-volume hiring in the hospitality and retail sectors. You are someone with exceptional relationship-building skills, a passion for talent technology, and the drive to help brands attract, engage, and hire top-tier talent efficiently.

If high-volume recruitment challenges intrigue you, and you enjoy being a trusted advisor to clients within a flexible, positive, and fully supportive team, you will thrive at Harri!

What You'll Be Doing

As an Account Executive, your responsibilities will include:

  • End-to-End Sales Execution: Manage the entire sales cycle—from active lead sourcing and pipeline generation to closing new business deals within the UK Hospitality and Retail sectors.
  • Product Expertise: Develop deep mastery of Harri’s Talent Acquisition suite (applicant tracking, candidate experience, talent pools, and onboarding) while positioning how it integrates into the broader Harri ecosystem.
  • Campaign Deployment: Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to build and deploy targeted outreach campaigns, analyze market trends, and secure discovery meetings.
  • Contract Negotiation: Lead product demonstrations, respond to RFP/RFIs, structure high-value enterprise contracts, and demonstrate superior negotiation skills.
  • Industry Engagement: Stay ahead of UK labor market trends, talent shortages, and hiring benchmarks to act as a true "trusted advisor" to hospitality and retail leaders.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
