Account Executive - Global Talent/HR SaaS

About the role:

  • Mid-market & enterprise new business role focused on winning and developing strategic customers across large organisations
  • Own the full enterprise sales cycle from prospecting and qualification through to negotiation and close
  • Work closely with senior commercial leaders and solution specialists to position strategic technology solutions into HR and executive stakeholders
  • Focus on complex, consultative enterprise sales conversations centred around AI and Talent Intelligence solutions
  • Drive new logo acquisition while also supporting long-term expansion opportunities within strategic accounts
  • Partner closely with Product, Marketing and Pre-Sales teams to deliver tailored customer outcomes
  • Highly visible role with strong progression opportunities into senior enterprise sales positions
  • Hybrid role with international enterprise customer exposure

Your previous experience:

  • Proven track record within enterprise new business sales across SaaS, HR technology, HCM or talent consulting environments
  • Experience managing complex consultative sales cycles from outbound prospecting through to close
  • Strong experience selling into HR stakeholders and senior decision-makers within enterprise organisations
  • Comfortable generating pipeline through proactive outbound activity alongside inbound opportunities
  • Strong commercial negotiation and stakeholder management skills across multi-layered organisations
  • Experience operating within structured enterprise sales environments and procurement-heavy deals
  • Collaborative approach working cross-functionally with internal sales, marketing and solution teams
  • Experience using Salesforce and enterprise sales tooling

Package:

  • to £100,000 base salary DOE, double OTE and accelerators
  • Others in team earning over £300,000 due to large upsell potential
