Job Description: Account Executive
Role Overview
The Account Executive will play a vital role in the Commercial team at UNiDAYS. This position is ideal for someone with outstanding organisational skills and a passion for delivering exceptional results. The Account Executive at UNiDAYS will provide vital support to the Commercial team, assisting Account Directors and Account Managers to deliver excellent partner experiences. The ideal candidate will possess outstanding organisational skills and a passion for achieving exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner Experience: Support the Account Directors and Account Managers in delivering an excellent partner experience, ensuring all interactions are professional and timely.
- Operational Liaison: Work closely with the Product Operations team to ensure the prompt delivery of campaigns and projects.
- Content management: Ensure offers, app content and campaigns are optimised to communicate partner priorities and enhance member experience.
- Media Campaign Delivery: Collaborate with the marketing team to deliver complex media campaigns, ensuring they meet partner expectations and align with UNiDAYS standards.
- Communication with Partners: Maintain regular communication with partners to support operational excellence and best practices.
- Reporting: Utilise templates to deliver reporting for Commercial team partners, providing insights and actionable recommendations where necessary.

Key Qualifications
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Proficiency in Salesforce and other relevant tools.
- An understanding of Gen Z/Student audiences.
- Team player with a proactive and positive attitude.
Preferred Qualifications
- BA/BS Degree
- Experience in project management and/or operations
