Shape the Future of Payments

Our client is revolutionizing the way businesses in the air, travel and hospitality sectors manage their payments. Our payment orchestration platform helps some of the world's leading brands make payments simpler, smarter and more profitable — improving payment experience, maximising approval rates, reducing costs and unlocking new opportunities. But technology's only part of the story — it's the people who make the difference, and we're a global team of innovators and problem-solvers working across borders to deliver meaningful results for our customers.

Join us as an Account Executive on our mission to turn payments into possibilities.

We're looking for someone who knows the airline industry inside out, has established relationships with senior decision-makers, and thrives on creating opportunities where no formal buying process exists. You'll engage directly with CEOs, CFOs, CTOs and senior leaders across payments, e-commerce, revenue management, finance, treasury and customer experience — helping them understand how a different payments strategy can improve conversion, reduce costs, unlock new revenue and deliver a better customer experience.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

How you'll make an impact:

  • Build and execute a targeted account plan for priority airlines in the region
  • Create senior-level access and originate new business from a defined target account list
  • Lead discovery conversations around payment conversion, cost of acceptance, revenue leakage, payment method mix, checkout friction, ancillary revenue, fraud and risk, orchestration and operational efficiency
  • Position the business as a strategic partner for commercial performance, not just another technology vendor
  • Coordinate internal leadership, consulting, product and delivery teams to move qualified opportunities to proposal and close
  • Bring market intelligence, competitive insight and repeatable GTM thinking back into the business
  • Maintain strong CRM, pipeline, qualification and forecast discipline

What you'll bring:

  • The ability to turn a business challenge into a clear, quantified value case
  • Strong account planning, opportunity qualification, stakeholder management, proposal development and forecasting skills
  • The curiosity and resilience to create demand before a formal buying process exists
  • Confidence to work with autonomy and help shape the go-to-market approach, not just follow a playbook
