To help you transition into the role, new starters will receive a commission accelerator of up to GBP1,500, paid over their first six months, providing additional support while they develop their pipeline and market knowledge.

Year 1 OTE: GBP30,000
Year 2 OTE: GBP50,000:GBP70,000
Year 3 OTE: GBP80,000:GBP100,000

Are you a recent graduate or already thriving in a sales role, with a natural drive for success? This Account Executive opportunity sits within Navis Consulting, STR Group's specialist maritime brand where you will work on an exciting international cruise desk. You'll connect talented maritime professionals with leading cruise businesses and projects around the world, developing specialist market knowledge and building relationships across a truly global industry. At STR Group, recruitment is about more than filling roles; it's about delivering consultancy services, creating business solutions and making a tangible impact for clients.

From your very first day, you'll join our award-winning Training Academy, gaining the skills and knowledge needed to identify opportunities, advise clients, build lasting relationships and develop a successful recruitment career. Working across international markets and multiple time zones, you'll become a trusted recruitment partner to candidates and clients within the cruise sector. You'll build a strong professional network, develop your own specialist market and work towards managing complex, high-value recruitment assignments.

What will you be doing?

  • Networking across different platforms to build an international pool of specialist cruise and maritime candidates.
  • Building and developing excellent, long-term relationships with candidates.
  • Developing your knowledge of the international cruise market and becoming a trusted sector specialist.
  • Writing, advertising and marketing vacancies through a variety of channels.
  • Supporting clients with their recruitment needs and helping to identify new business opportunities.
  • Working towards personalised KPIs and financial targets.
  • Taking control of your earning potential and career progression.
