We're searching for a London-based Account Executive to join our QCS Sales team, so that we can drive new business growth across the UK social care and health market. QCS provides the UK's leading digital platform for compliance, quality, and care management, supporting social care and health providers in delivering outstanding services. The Account Executive will manage a full-cycle sales strategy for new business accounts, leading the entire sales process from researching, prospecting, and advising through to negotiating contracts and closing deals, to help raise the standard of care for thousands of providers.

How You'll Spend Your Time
- Identify, research, and qualify potential new customers through both outbound prospecting and inbound lead management to build consistent pipeline coverage
- Develop and deliver on quarterly revenue attainment plans, using the MEDDPICC sales framework to drive new business acquisition and achieve monthly goals
- Conduct effective discovery calls in order to identify and unlock the business challenges that QCS addresses
- Deliver tailored product demos to show how QCS drives key outcomes for prospects
- Forecast monthly revenue attainment accurately and partner with colleagues across Go-To-Market, Product, and Leadership to close business
What Kind of Things We're Most Interested in You Having
- Around 1 to 3+ years of experience in a 360 / full-cycle sales role within a SaaS or software business
- Proven success in achieving against pipeline and new business revenue targets, with a track record of performance with sub-10k ASPs and SMB buyers preferred
- In-depth knowledge of SaaS sales metrics, sales funnel management, and outbound pipeline generation
- Ability to commute to London up to 2 days a week
- Sincere interest in selling in a fast-growing, mission-led environment, with exposure to regulated markets
- A knack for working collaboratively within a high-growth, fast-moving environment, bringing a resilient and solution-focused mindset
