Account Executive 📍 Shoreditch | 5 days per week 💰 £45,000–£75,000 base, depending on experience 🚀 £2,000–£4,000 commission per month expected | Uncapped

The Opportunity

We’re hiring multiple Account Executives for one of the most exciting businesses operating in this space.

Think WeWork — but for food production.

Our client operates 25+ locations across the UK, giving ambitious food businesses access to professional, plug-and-play commercial kitchens without the cost, complexity or commitment of building their own infrastructure.

From high-growth food brands and delivery businesses to meal-prep companies, creators and established operators, they provide the space and infrastructure businesses need to launch, produce and scale.

The addressable market is huge, demand is growing rapidly and the business is performing exceptionally well.

They’re now preparing to announce further funding and are looking to add multiple elite sellers to the team as they enter their next stage of growth.

This is a chance to join a genuine scale-up, sell a highly tangible product and work directly with some of the most ambitious brands, Founders, investors and operators in the market.

The Role:

This role is perfect for a proper hunter who wants to own the entire sales cycle. You’ll be responsible for researching the market, identifying opportunities, prospecting, securing meetings and tours, negotiating and ultimately closing deals.

This isn't a role where you'll spend every day sitting behind a laptop waiting for inbound leads.

You'll be out in the market — meeting customers, hosting viewings, attending events, entertaining clients and building relationships across the wider food, hospitality, investment and real-estate ecosystem.

Your addressable market is vast, including:

  • High-growth food & beverage brands
  • Delivery-first and virtual food brands
  • Restaurant and hospitality groups
  • Meal-prep businesses
  • Caterers, bakeries and food producers
  • Food production businesses
  • Food influencers and creators
  • Founders and C-suite leaders
  • Private equity and investment firms
  • VCs and investors backing high-growth food brands
  • Real-estate owners, agents and strategic property partners

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle — from identifying and researching potential customers through outreach, meetings, site tours, negotiation and signed agreements.
  • Build and manage your own pipeline — proactively identifying new opportunities and creating relationships that can generate both immediate and future revenue.
  • Prospect and open doors — use phone, email, LinkedIn, networking and face-to-face engagement to reach key decision-makers.
  • Sell face-to-face — host viewings, visit prospects and build genuine relationships with customers rather than relying solely on remote selling.
  • Engage senior stakeholders — confidently sell to and build relationships with Founders, CEOs, C-suite executives, investors, private equity firms and real-estate partners.
  • Become embedded in the market — develop a strong network across food, hospitality, investment and commercial real estate.
  • Represent the business — attend industry events, conferences, launches and networking opportunities to generate leads and increase brand awareness.
  • Collaborate internally — work closely with Account Management, Growth and Operations to ensure a seamless customer experience from first conversation through to move-in.

Who We’re Looking For

We're looking for commercial, ambitious and highly driven salespeople who genuinely enjoy winning new business.

You'll ideally bring:

  • A proven track record in B2B sales with evidence of consistently hitting or exceeding targets.
  • Strong new-business instincts — you enjoy prospecting, opening doors and creating opportunities rather than waiting for them.
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills and the confidence to engage everyone from entrepreneurs and operators through to C-suite executives and investors.
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment — ideally within a start-up, scale-up, venture-backed business or similarly entrepreneurial company.
  • Relevant sector exposure across hospitality, F&B, real estate, marketplaces or another high-growth industry would be advantageous.
  • Commercial intelligence — you can quickly understand a customer's business, identify what matters to them and sell on value rather than price.
  • Autonomy and ownership — you're comfortable making decisions, managing your own pipeline and being accountable for results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — you'll be representing the business with some seriously impressive customers and partners.
