About The Role

This is a high-agency role for someone who wants significant ownership with our most important strategic customers. These deals are large, complex, and are intellectually challenging.

As an Account Executive at Blockaid, you'll own the full sales cycle and work directly with enterprise customers to solve some of the most important security challenges in security and Web3.

Location: UK and Ireland

What You'll Do

  • Own the entire sales cycle, from prospecting through negotiation, close, renewals, and expansion
  • Build relationships with senior executives, technical leaders, and other key stakeholders at enterprise accounts
  • Develop account strategies that drive technology adoption and deliver measurable business value
  • Clearly articulate Blockaid's value and tailor our solutions to each customer's unique needs
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales Engineering, Product, Professional Services, Partners, and ISVs to win deals and deliver customer outcomes

Requirements

What you have

  • 4+ years of quota-carrying experience in an Account Executive role selling SaaS, PaaS, or IaaS to enterprises and C-level executives.
  • Proven track record of sourcing, developing, negotiating, and closing large-scale enterprise technology deals.
  • Experience selling to financial services or crypto, a plus.
  • Self-starter attitude with the ability to execute new ideas autonomously in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Demonstrated success in creating long-term account strategies and driving technology adoption.
  • Excellent communication skills (listening, verbal, and written) with the ability to translate customer pain points into value-driven solutions.
  • Applicants must have the legal right to work in the country where the position is based.
