About Fullsteam PMS

Fullsteam PMS, part of Fullsteam Hospitality, provides property management technology built for independent hotels, resorts, and multi-property hospitality organizations. Our platform connects the guest journey across reservations, front office, operations, payments, and ancillary areas such as food and beverage — giving complex hospitality businesses the flexibility and functionality they need.

As Fullsteam Hospitality expands in the United Kingdom, we are hiring an experienced hospitality technology sales professional to establish and grow market share for the Fullsteam PMS vertical.

The Role

You will drive new-logo growth for Fullsteam PMS across the UK, focusing on independent hotels, resorts, hospitality groups, and other complex lodging operations.

This is a highly consultative, new-business ("hunter") sales role. You will build your own territory, create opportunities from cold, guide prospects through complex technology evaluations, and position the broader Fullsteam Hospitality portfolio as a strategic technology partnership — not a software transaction.

Location: United Kingdom (home-based with regular travel to customer sites and industry events)
Reports to: UK Sales Leadership, Fullsteam Hospitality
Employment type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

Territory & pipeline development

  • Develop and execute a territory plan that builds Fullsteam PMS presence and new-logo pipeline across the UK hospitality market.
  • Consistently prospect through outbound activity, industry networking, referrals, events, partnerships, social selling, and marketing-generated leads.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the UK hospitality technology landscape: PMS competitors, integrations, buying trends, and evolving operational requirements.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

Consultative selling

  • Conduct discovery with hotel owners, operators, management companies, and technology leaders to uncover operational challenges, business objectives, and guest experience priorities.
  • Translate customer requirements into compelling business cases, showing how Fullsteam improves operational efficiency, guest experience, revenue, and technology consolidation.
  • Partner with Sales Engineering and subject-matter experts to deliver tailored demonstrations, presentations, proposals, and RFP/RFI responses.
  • Identify opportunities to introduce complementary Fullsteam solutions — particularly payments — across the guest journey.

Deal execution & closing

  • Own the full sales cycle: initial engagement, discovery, solution evaluation, commercial negotiation, contracting, and handoff to Implementation and Customer Success.
  • Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders, including ownership groups, executive leadership, operations, finance, IT, and revenue management.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual new-logo revenue targets.

Market presence & insight

  • Represent Fullsteam Hospitality at conferences, trade shows, industry associations, and customer meetings across the UK.
  • Provide market intelligence and customer feedback to Sales Leadership, Marketing, and Product to shape our UK go-to-market strategy.
  • Maintain accurate, timely CRM records covering activity, opportunity progression, pipeline coverage, and forecasts.

What You'll Bring

Required

  • 5+ years of B2B technology or SaaS sales experience, ideally in hospitality, travel, or hotel technology.
  • A proven track record of generating and closing new-logo business.
  • Strong knowledge of hotel operations and the technology ecosystem around reservations, front office, distribution, revenue management, payments, and property operations.
  • Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and commercial negotiations.
  • Excellent discovery, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills, with the ability to articulate ROI, operational impact, and competitive differentiation.
  • Comfort working independently to build market presence in an emerging territory.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms and modern sales enablement tools.

Preferred

  • Direct experience selling PMS or other hotel technology solutions.
  • Hotel operations or hotel management background.
  • Existing relationships within the UK independent hotel, resort, management, or hospitality technology community.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, Marketing, Technology, or a related discipline — or equivalent professional experience.

Logistics

  • Ability and willingness to travel throughout the UK (and internationally as required) for customer meetings, industry events, and company meetings.
  • Valid right to work in the United Kingdom.

What Success Looks Like

Success in this role means building Fullsteam Hospitality's presence in the UK — not managing inbound leads. Within your first year, that means:

  • A self-generated pipeline of qualified new-logo opportunities in your territory.
  • A growing roster of signed independent hotels, resorts, and groups running on Fullsteam PMS.
  • Recognition in the UK hospitality community as a trusted technology advisor, and a voice that shapes our UK go-to-market strategy.

Why Fullsteam

You'll join a growing vertical at an early stage of its UK expansion — with the autonomy to build a territory, the backing of a full hospitality portfolio (including payments), and a clear mandate to win the market.
