About the Position

Ox Security secures the AI-driven SDLC from prompt to production. We eliminate critical, real-time risks from AI code generation through cloud runtime by doing what conventional tools can’t: unifying development and cloud context to stop vulnerabilities right at the source. We’re growing fast and expanding across EMEA, and we’re looking for a high-performing Account Executive to drive new business and accelerate our growth across the region.

This is a high-impact role where you’ll own the full enterprise sales cycle end-to-end, working cross-functionally with Sales Engineering, Product, Marketing, and Leadership to position OX as a strategic partner.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to negotiation and close
  • Drive new logo acquisition across the UK region
  • Take full ownership of all sales activities within your territory
  • Lead complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales processes
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales Engineering, Product, and Leadership
  • Deliver tailored demos and proof-of-value engagements to accelerate deals
  • Build trusted advisor relationships with key stakeholders
  • Apply structured sales methodologies to drive consistent outcomes
  • Manage pipeline and forecasting in Salesforce
  • Mentor and support junior team members where needed

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

  • 1-2 years of experience as a top-performing Account Executive
  • 1+ years of experience in cybersecurity
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas (year over year)
  • Experience in hunting and closing new enterprise logo deals
  • Experience managing complex sales cycles
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

Bonus Points For

  • Experience in application security (SCA, SAST, SDLC tools)
  • Experience in hypergrowth startup environments
  • Familiarity with modern sales frameworks (e.g., MEDDPICC)
