The Project: Scaling AI Voice Assistants across the UK market
The Project
Imagine a world where small and medium businesses never miss a customer call again. No more busy signals, no more unanswered inquiries. Our client has built a human-like AI voice assistant that handles customer support, books appointments, and qualifies leads 24/7
With fresh multi-million euro funding in the bank, they are scaling at warp speed. Their central marketing team handles the heavy lifting for lead generation and pipeline setup, so your focus is entirely on stepping into the ring, running high-quality demos, and winning the market
The Role & Your Impact
As an Account Executive, you won't be bogged down by slow corporate processes. You will be engaging directly with interested leads and driving revenue
- Own the Close: You’ll be running a high volume of daily product demos to Spanish SMEs and service businesses. It’s high energy, fast-paced, and highly rewarding
- Convert the Pipeline: Work with a mix of warm inbound leads and users who have already tested the product, guiding them smoothly from a demo to a closed deal
- Master Short-Cycle Sales: You'll be focusing on high-volume, quick-turnover deals where you can see the results of your work instantly
- Revenue Driver: You’ll be filling your calendar with discovery calls shortly after onboarding and hitting a steady rhythm with your revenue targets as you settle into the role

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
