Goodweek Account Executive Role

At Goodweek, we're building a next-generation AI tool designed to revolutionize business productivity. We are focusing on delivering a secure, scalable, and reliable system that supports real business use cases across different departments. The goal is to make AI practical, controlled, and truly embedded in how modern organizations operate.

Goodweek is a partner-led AI Management Platform, built exclusively for our Partners: Distributors and MSPs (Managed Service Providers), who deploy it to their own clients. We give MSPs and Distributors a secure, governed, multi-model AI workspace with 40+ bidirectional integrations, SOC 2 certification, GDPR compliance, and 100% tenant isolation: the platform infrastructure they need to turn AI from a SKU they resell into a packaged, recurring service line they admin, bill, and support.

Our team spans across France, Spain, and the United States, and our vision is backed by 6 international investment funds.

The Role

We are looking for an Account Executive to develop and grow Goodweek’s business across the UK market.

You will be the dedicated growth partner of your Distributors or MSPs' portfolio. You take full ownership all along the entire Sell → Activate → Prove → Expand journey for each of your Distributors/MSPs: from prospection through expansion.

You are not here just to sign partners: you are here to make them succeed and drive intense, durable adoption of Goodweek across their end customers.

Tasks

Your role has two tracks: Direct MSPs (you own the full cycle) and Distributor-sourced MSPs (you own activation and growth, the VP Channel owns the sell).

Direct MSP Portfolio

MSP Hunting & Acquisition

  • Identify, qualify and recruit new MSPs in the UK market.
  • Build and maintain a reliable MSP pipeline in Salesforce with expected volumes and timing, lead commercial negotiations, and bring MSPs to signature.

Activation & Onboarding

  • Follow the Goodweek activation framework (defined by Product Marketing) and make it come alive, adapted to each MSP's business context, verticals, and customer needs. This includes running onboarding sessions, delivering trainings and personalized demos, and building MSP-specific use cases with the right enablement content.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

Adoption & Expansion

  • Measure and document real end-user engagement, and build the business case for broader adoption jointly with the MSP.
  • Help each MSP develop an active forward customer pipeline and drive progress toward the target of incremental licenses per activated MSP per month.
  • Spot churn signals or disengagement early and intervene with personalized remediation plans.
  • Co-build each MSP's growth roadmap: new customers, new use cases, new verticals.

Performance Tracking & Pipeline Discipline

  • Maintain an accurate, up-to-date forecast in Salesforce and regularly review key indicators: activation rate, time-to-first-customer, user engagement, and license growth.
  • Identify root causes of performance gaps, implement corrective actions, and surface field insights, recurring blockers, and improvement opportunities to the VP Sales.

First-Level MSP Support

  • You're the first point of contact for MSPs on day-to-day issues and questions. You investigate hands-on, resolve issues whenever possible, and when escalation is needed, transfer full issue context to the engineering team.

Continuous Feedback Loop

  • You are Goodweek's most direct connection to partner reality - that intelligence must flow back into the company. You provide structured, actionable feedback across three areas:
    • Goodweek Product: friction points, missing features, hard-to-sell use case
    • Product Marketing: what content resonates, what needs updating or creating from scratch
    • Activation Framework: steps where MSPs get stuck, process delays, and ideas to improve activation rates

Distributor-sourced MSPs

For MSPs sourced through distributors, your responsibilities mirror the direct portfolio (activation, onboarding, training, adoption, and expansion) with one key difference: the VP Channel owns the Sell phase. You own everything after the handoff.

You work hand in hand with the VP Channel: they lead the strategic and executive layer, you own the operational relationship. Concretely, this means:

  • Onboarding the distributor's teams onto the Goodweek activation framework, training them on the product, and equipping them with the right enablement content.
  • Supporting their MSPs through to activation and expansion.
  • Running the day-to-day operating cadence with the distributor's regional teams (weekly pipeline reviews, enablement, and issues reviews) and feeding the SVP with reliable field data and performance diagnosis for distributor reviews and escalations.

Requirements

  • 5+ years’ experience in B2B SaaS sales, account management, or partner/channel growth, ideally with at least 2–3 years working with MSPs, Distributors, or technology partners.
  • A proven ability to win new partners and grow existing accounts, owning the full journey from prospecting and commercial negotiation through onboarding, adoption, retention, and expansion.
  • Strong consultative selling and discovery skills, with the ability to translate customer challenges into practical AI use cases and measurable business value.
  • Experience running partner enablement, onboarding, training, and regular pipeline or performance reviews.
  • Strong commercial discipline, including accurate Salesforce management, forecasting, and using adoption data to identify risks and growth opportunities.
  • Enough technical confidence to demonstrate a SaaS platform, understand integrations and workflows, troubleshoot first-line issues, and escalate effectively when required.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-management skills, comfortable working with both operational teams and senior stakeholders.
  • A hands-on, proactive, and accountable mindset. We are an early-stage company, so the person must be comfortable working across functions, adapting quickly, and taking ownership beyond a narrow sales remit.
  • Fluent English; additional languages relevant to the territory would be advantageous.
