🚀 About Juryo
Juryo is building the AI workforce for law firms. Our voice agents run intake, sales, customer support and operations end to end: they qualify leads, close clients, get engagement letters signed, chase documentation and follow up on payments, 24/7 and across every channel.
In 8 months we've gone from 0 to 10 people and from €0 to €1M ARR. Today, 30+ leading law firms in Spain run on Juryo, seeing conversion improvements above 50%. We've just landed in the UK with two pilots launching this month and a third firm signed, we're backed by tier-1 investors, and we're moving faster than anyone else in the category. The model is validated: now is the moment to move from founder-led sales to an actual sales process, and that's exactly why this role exists.
💼 About The Role
You'll be our first Account Executive for the UK, owning the market's revenue from day one.
You take a sales motion that's already proven and run it at full speed: build your own pipeline of UK law firms, get partners on calls, show them the agents live, and close. You'll work shoulder to shoulder with the founders who closed every deal until now, with direct access to everything they've learned, and full ownership of turning that into your own results.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
Responsibilities
- Own your pipeline like it's your company: Prospect B2C law firms (personal injury, conveyancing, family, immigration, motor finance) through outbound, events and referrals. Nobody hands you leads, and you wouldn't want them to. Every deal in your pipeline exists because you made it exist
- Run the full cycle, hungry to win every stage: First touch, discovery, live agent demo, proposal, negotiation, signature. You close pilots, expand them into long term accounts, and every signed firm is visible on the company's growth chart, because at this stage, your number IS the company's number
- Demo like a founder: Our best sales tool is the agent itself. You master live demos and make every prospect hear the difference in the first minute
- Work the ground: Represent Juryo at the key UK legal events and turn conversations into meetings and meetings into deals
- Sharpen the playbook: What you learn on every call (objections, pricing pushback, verticals that convert) feeds straight back into how we sell
📚 Requirements
- Hard worker: Does 996 excite or scare you? If it scares you, you're not the right fit. If not, you'll fit right in. We are a bunch of hard-charging people who want to make a dent in the world and will spare no energy to do so
- Proven closer: Track record of hitting and beating quota in B2B sales (SaaS, legal tech or services). You have the numbers to show it
- Hunter DNA: You don't wait for leads. Outbound doesn't scare you, it's where you're strongest
- Hungry for impact: You're probably at a bigger company right now, hitting your number and feeling like a cog. You want your work to visibly move the company
- Legal market fluency is a plus: You've sold to law firms, or you learn industries fast enough that it won't matter in a month
- UK native or deep UK market knowledge: You understand how British firms buy, and English at a native level is non-negotiable
