About the Role
This is a closing role at a fast-scaling AI SaaS startup, sitting within a lean, high-velocity sales team. You will own a quota, run a high volume of inbound demos daily, and help shape the sales motion as the company grows rapidly. If you thrive on structured funnels, warm leads, and strong earning potential, this is built for you.
What You'll Do
- Run 8 to 16 qualified inbound demo calls per day and close deals through a structured sales funnel.
- Own monthly and quarterly quota targets, driving toward them with consistency and discipline.
- Maintain clean CRM hygiene and manage pipeline with structured, timely follow-ups.
- Hunt for new deals independently when inbound pipeline needs supplementing.
- Contribute to refining and improving the team's sales motion as the company scales.

What We're Looking For
- 1 or more years of sales experience in transactional or B2B SaaS environments, with a documented closing track record.
- Proven ability to run and close product demo calls with qualified prospects.
- Experience managing CRM systems, pipeline hygiene, and structured follow-ups in a quota-driven setting.
- Comfortable prospecting and generating pipeline independently when needed.
- High discipline, strong ownership mentality, and genuine drive to earn.
- Natural communicator who builds rapport quickly and can tell a compelling story.
- Native or C2-level English proficiency is required; local work authorization in the UK is required.
- German language skills are a plus.
- Experience selling AI or automation products to SMBs is a plus.
- Willingness to spend approximately two months in Vienna, Austria at the start to immerse in company culture.

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: GBP 80,000 to 130,000 per year. Visa sponsorship is not available.
