Account Executive at Vasion
Vasion is a cloud-native SaaS platform that simplifies print management, output automation, and digital workflows for organisations globally. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing business during a pivotal phase in its European expansion.
The Opportunity
We’re seeking an ambitious, commercially minded Account Executive to:
- Drive new business growth in the SMB and Commercial segment across UK&I and Northern Europe.
- Own quota for new logo acquisition and account expansion.
- Work with BDR, partner, marketing, and customer success teams to build a qualified pipeline and convert it into revenue.
Location & Role Details
- Location: UK-based (flexible/hybrid) with travel across UK&I and Northern Europe (~25%).
- Reports to: Sales Director, EMEA
- Contract: Full-time, permanent
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a territory sales plan to expand Vasion’s SMB and Commercial footprint in UK&I and Northern Europe.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through:
- Outbound prospecting
- Partner-sourced leads
- Inbound demand
- Build and maintain strong relationships with IT, operations, and finance decision-makers.
- Conduct deep qualification processes to align Vasion’s platform with prospect goals.
- Achieve & exceed quarterly/annual revenue targets.
- Deliver product demonstrations & value-based consultations to progress opportunities.
- Collaborate with partners (Resellers, MSPs, Distributors) to source, progress, and close deals.
- Work with Pre-Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Marketing to enhance the buying experience.
- Maintain accurate Salesforce pipeline reporting.
- Manage procurement processes from quote to close, ensuring smooth onboarding & delivery.
- Continuously upskill on:
- Vasion’s platform
- Competitive landscape
- Target market dynamics

Requirements
Experience & Qualities
- 2+ years in B2B Sales (preferably SaaS, technology, or workflow-related sectors).
- Experience in full-cycle sales:
- Prospecting
- Discovery
- Demo coordination
- Negotiation
- Closing
- Strong communicator with relationship-building skills (confident in engaging stakeholders at all levels).
- Commercially minded with resilience for complex sales.
- Proactive, autonomous with an "extreme ownership" approach.
- Salesforce (or CRM) proficiency with a data-driven pipeline mindset.
- Willingness to travel (~25%) for customer meetings and industry events.
- Degree preferred (Business, Marketing, Sales, or related—but not essential).
