Sales Executive – UK & Ireland (UKI)
Location: UK-based, Remote
Travel: Regular travel across the UK & Ireland, with occasional international travel
The Opportunity
We’re looking for an experienced Sales Executive to drive growth across the UK & Ireland.
This is an opportunity for a proven sales professional with experience selling complex software or technology solutions into Police, Law Enforcement or Government organisations.
Reporting to the UKI Sales Director, you’ll own the full sales cycle - from identifying and developing opportunities through to closing new business and expanding existing customer accounts.
What You’ll Do
- Build and convert a strong, qualified UKI sales pipeline.
- Win new business across Police, Law Enforcement and Government.
- Grow existing accounts through upselling, cross-selling and increased adoption.
- Manage complex, consultative sales cycles from prospecting through to close.
- Work closely with marketing, analysts and customer-facing teams to support customer engagement and growth.
- Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasting and sales activity.

What You’ll Bring
- 3+ years’ experience selling into UKI Police or Law Enforcement organisations.
- Proven experience selling complex software or technology solutions.
- A strong track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Experience across both new business and account management.
- Strong understanding of complex and consultative sales cycles.
- Experience in investigative intelligence, security, Government or Defence is advantageous.

Who We’re Looking For
A commercially driven, credible and relationship-focused sales professional who understands the UKI Police and Law Enforcement landscape. You’ll be comfortable opening doors, navigating complex buying processes, building senior relationships and converting opportunities into long-term customer partnerships. You’ll be focused on winning new business and growing existing accounts.
Remote, But Customer-Focused
You’ll work remotely from the UK, with regular travel to customers and industry events across the UK & Ireland, plus occasional international travel.
