About Us
At KareHero, we’re transforming how people navigate and manage care. We partner with employers to support their employees, and with financial institutions to provide care support to their customers and members. As a well-established startup, we’re scaling up fast and need an ambitious, proactive, and entrepreneurial Account Executive (AE) to help us grow.
What You’ll Be Doing
As our Account Executive (AE), you’ll be responsible for driving new business growth across KareHero’s employer and consumer propositions. You’ll work with employers looking to support their employees, as well as financial institutions looking to provide KareHero to their customers and members. You’ll own opportunities from the initial prospecting and relationship-building through to commercial conversations, negotiation and closing.
You’ll work closely with the sales, strategy and marketing teams to identify high-value opportunities, build relationships with key decision-makers, and develop creative strategies to win new business. As an early-stage startup, you’ll have significant autonomy and the opportunities to help shape our sales strategy, process and future go-to-market approach.
We are looking for someone who is commercially astute, entrepreneurial and energized by building relationships and turning opportunities into revenue.

Relationship Management & Consultative Selling
- Build trusted relationships with senior decision-makers within enterprises, including Proposition and Partnerships teams, HR leaders, to understand their challenges and priorities.
- Lead discovery conversations, understand customer needs, and position KareHero’s services around clear commercial value.
- Engage multiple stakeholders within target organizations and build relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.
Sales Cycle & Commercial Ownership
- Own opportunities from initial engagement through to proposal, negotiation, and close.
- Develop compelling proposals and presentations, lead commercial discussions, manage objections, and negotiate contracts where appropriate.
- Maintain accurate forecasts and clear visibility of pipeline, opportunity stages, and expected revenue.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
