ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE – AI SAAS (MID-MARKET)
Compensation: £65k – £85k Base + Uncapped Commission
Location: London (Hybrid – 3 days a week in office)
*Recent experience selling SaaS or AI is mandatory.
About the Opportunity
This company builds specialist AI that changes how global enterprises manage, negotiate and get value from their contracts. It started as an AI research lab 10 years ago. Its founding team has deep technical expertise and trained its own models on years of proprietary data, so this isn't just a wrapper around someone else's large language model (LLM). It is now one of the fastest-scaling AI companies in Europe.
Why This Role is Exciting
- Hypergrowth: Revenue has doubled year-on-year for two years in a row, and US growth is well over 100%.
- Well-Funded: It's backed by tier-one international VCs, with a recent Series C behind it.
- Proprietary AI: Its own models, built over a decade, beat the build-it-yourself option in some of the world's most technical companies.
- Blue-Chip Client Base: Customers include Fortune 50 healthcare groups, global pharma, energy majors and household-name technology brands.
- Meritocracy: Talent is spotted early and fast-tracked.
- Healthy Attainment: Median quota attainment is around 75%.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
