🚀 Account Executive – Direct Sales | FinTech
Hybrid | London | B2B | Employee Benefits
Ready to sell a product that’s genuinely changing an industry?
We’re partnering with a high-growth UK FinTech in the employee benefits sector that is challenging traditional providers with modern technology, a simpler customer experience and a fresh approach to workplace pensions.
The business is well-funded, growing rapidly and already supports tens of thousands of savers and thousands of businesses. As the direct sales channel continues to scale, they’re looking for an ambitious Account Executive to play a key role in converting qualified businesses into new customers.
🎯 The Role
This is a full-cycle, consultative B2B sales role where you’ll own the sales process from the first substantive conversation through to close.
- Engage directly with HR, Finance and senior business decision-makers, understanding how they currently manage workplace pensions, identifying their challenges and priorities, and demonstrating how the company's solution can deliver a better experience for both employers and employees.
- Build trust, uncover genuine business needs, navigate multiple stakeholders and create a compelling case for change.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
