Account Executive Position
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to join our team as an Account Executive. The successful candidate will play a key role in expanding our customer base, managing long-term client relationships, and driving revenue growth.
Responsibilities
- Identify and explore new business opportunities through various channels, including website, social media, and outreach via phone calls.
- Target and acquire potential customers to expand our market presence.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with the technical team to understand customer needs, introduce products, provide effective solutions, and provide accurate price quotations.
- Negotiate terms with customers to ensure successful order fulfillment.
- Oversee and follow up on the delivery process, ensuring timely and efficient service.
- Represent the company at international trade shows, fostering connections and staying abreast of industry trends.
- Contribute to the development of business plans, sales forecasts, and marketing strategies to drive overall growth.

Requirements
- Education: Background in electrical engineering or a related technical field is strongly preferred.
- Experience: Experience in the power industry (generators, transformers, switchgear, etc.) is required.
- Experience: Proven success in a sales or account management role, ideally with technical products.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first attitude.
- Skills: Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
- Travel: Willingness to travel within BC, Alberta, and Ontario as needed for customer visits and events.

Compensation
- Base salary + commission (starting from $60,000 per year)
- Commission-only plan (structure to be discussed with qualified candidates)
- Dental care

Schedule
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
