The Role & Opportunity
As an Account Executive, you will target the SMB and Mid-Enterprise market across the UK. You will sell premier FP&A / EPM software alongside Revelwood’s expert implementation services, with average combined deal sizes ranging between £80k and £180k+ (£40k–£100k Software + £40k–£80k Services).
- 40% Outbound Hunter Focus: Drive your own success by proactively prospecting, qualifying, and building pipeline within target SMB & Mid-Enterprise accounts.
- 30% BDR & Marketing driven leads: Working with our experienced BDR and marketing teams to qualify and drive sales opportunities created by them.
- 30% Partner Inbound Stream: Benefit from strategic, qualified lead flow directly from Workday’s regional sales teams.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Pipeline Generation: Execute targeted outbound prospecting sales plays to discover, engage, and qualify new SMB and Mid-Enterprise opportunities.
- Full Sales Cycle Execution: Lead end-to-end sales processes—from initial cold outreach and discovery to executive pitch, negotiation, and closing software + services agreements.
- Collaborative Selling: Partner with Workday sales representatives to co-sell and leverage key strategic vendor relationships.
- Executive Presence: Build high-credibility relationships with CFOs, VPs of Finance, and FP&A leaders across target UK industries.

Who You Are
- Domain Specialist: 3+ years of direct experience selling FP&A / EPM software solutions. Experience selling systems such as Workday Adaptive Planning, Anaplan, Pigment, Planful, Vena, Board, or OneStream is highly desirable.
- Outbound "Hunter" Mentality: You take ownership of your pipeline. Prior background as a BDR / SDR or a track record of heavy self-generated prospecting is a strong advantage.
- Proven Closing Track Record: Consistently met or exceeded sales targets selling complex SaaS solutions to senior finance stakeholders.
- Location: Important: To be considered for this position, you must currently reside in the UK and have the legal right to work in the UK.
