About the Role

We are hiring an Account Executive to help bring exciting social ideas to life for Garnier and Dr.G. You’ll play an important role in the client services team, supporting brilliant day-to-day work and helping build trusted client relationships. Working closely with account management, creative, strategy, paid, and influencer teams, you’ll keep projects organized, communication clear, and content moving forward. It’s a great opportunity to deepen your knowledge of social media while contributing to high-profile work across beauty, lifestyle, and culture.

What you'll be doing:

  • Support the Account Manager with retained client and project work, keeping timelines, actions, and deliverables on track from kick-off to completion.
  • Coordinate business-as-usual social content, including content calendars, posts, and client approvals.
  • Monitor relevant cultural moments, conversations, and social trends, sharing timely opportunities with internal teams.
  • Keep communication flowing between clients and agency teams by sharing updates, tracking feedback, and following up on agreed actions.
  • Prepare for client status calls, contribute during meetings, and maintain clear minutes, action lists, and account status documents.
  • Support monthly, quarterly, and campaign reporting by gathering data, tracking results, and helping identify useful learnings.
  • Contribute to brainstorms and content shoots while helping maintain accurate decks, budget trackers, timelines, and deliverables.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
