About the Role

We are supporting a fast-growing technology services business that is expanding its UK sales team and hiring an experienced Account Executive to drive new customer acquisition across the UK & Ireland.

The company specializes in Integration as a Service, helping enterprise organizations and Managed Service Providers move away from complex, project-based integration work and towards a fully managed service model. Rather than selling a traditional software license or DIY integration platform, the business delivers the outcome: integrations that are built, operated, supported, and managed on behalf of the customer.

This is a senior new business role for someone who enjoys consultative, value-led selling and is comfortable building pipeline, navigating enterprise stakeholders, and closing complex deals.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Own the full sales cycle across the UK & Ireland, from prospecting and qualification through to solution-led conversations, negotiation, and close.
  • Responsible for:
    • Building and managing your own pipeline across enterprise and MSP accounts.
    • Targeting new logo opportunities through outbound, inbound, events, and social selling.
    • Leading discovery conversations with IT, operations, service delivery, and managed services stakeholders.
    • Positioning a managed integration service as a strategic solution for customers.
    • Running solution-focused presentations, demos, and workshops.
    • Managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
    • Collaborating with Marketing, Product, Partner, and Expert Services teams.
    • Feeding market insight back into the wider business.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

What We’re Looking For

This role will suit a hands-on new business seller who has experience selling service-led technology solutions, rather than purely transactional software.

You’ll likely bring:

  • A strong track record of landing new enterprise logos.
  • Experience building and owning your own pipeline.
  • Confidence selling into complex buying groups, including IT, operations, service delivery, managed services, and senior leadership stakeholders.
  • Experience selling in the UK & Ireland market.
  • A consultative, value-led sales approach.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to clearly articulate service-led value.

Experience with ITSM, SIAM, ITIL, integration platforms, automation, MSPs, or enterprise IT operations would be highly relevant but is not essential.

Why This Opportunity?

This is an opportunity to join a growing business with a genuinely differentiated proposition in the integration space. The role offers high ownership, complex enterprise-level sales, strong technical backing, and the chance to help shape growth across the UK & Ireland.

You’ll be selling a service-led solution that helps organizations reduce internal workload, improve delivery speed, and outsource responsibility for complex integrations.

Working Model

The role is hybrid, with access to an office near London. Office attendance is expected initially, with flexibility increasing as you ramp, deliver results, and operate independently.

Interested?

If you have experience selling managed services, IT services, outsourcing, integration, automation, or service-led SaaS, and you enjoy building new business in complex enterprise environments, I’d be happy to share more details confidentially.
