Sales Development Executive
Location: North, Midlands or South UK
Working Pattern: Home-based with regular regional travel
About the Role
We are working with a growing specialist business within the dental sector that is expanding its commercial team with three new Sales Development Executives across the UK.
This is a development-focused sales opportunity where you’ll work directly alongside an experienced Area Manager, gaining exposure to existing client relationships, live opportunities and an established regional pipeline, while gradually building your own client base and territory.

- Develop new business opportunities across your region
- Follow up leads, enquiries and introductions
- Build long-term relationships with clients
- Attend client meetings, conferences and industry events
- Support and develop an established regional pipeline
- Build and manage your own pipeline and book of business
- Work closely with your Area Manager and wider internal teams
About You
We’re open to a range of backgrounds. Previous B2B sales, business development, account management, insurance, financial services or healthcare experience would be beneficial, but isn't essential.

- Happy to travel regularly within your region
- A full UK driving licence holder
Package & Progression
Competitive basic salary plus performance-related commission, car allowance, pension, structured training and mentoring. There is a clear progression route for strong performers into senior sales and territory management positions.
