Account Executive
Manor Fresh Limited – Holbeach Hurn, Lincolnshire
Office-based with regular travel | Full-time, permanent |
Manor Fresh is an established fresh produce business based in Holbeach Hurn, Lincolnshire. We supply some of the UK's leading retailers, and we work closely with growers and customers to deliver quality produce every day.
We are looking for an Account Executive to join our Commercial team, reporting to the Head of Sales. You will help manage and develop key retail customer accounts, working alongside customers, growers and our technical, procurement, planning and operations teams to deliver excellent service and strong commercial performance.
This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to build a career in fresh produce sales and account management.
What you'll be doing
- Supporting the day-to-day management of retailer accounts, including orders, forecasts and customer-facing supply chain
- Building strong relationships with customer contacts, attending meetings and preparing presentations, tenders and reviews
- Maintaining pricing records and monitoring sales, margins and promotional activity
- Analysing weekly sales and market data to spot opportunities and risks
- Working with planning and procurement to keep customers updated on supply and availability
- Supporting category reviews, range development and new product introductions
- Visiting growers, packhouses, customer sites and stores when required

What we're looking for
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- Excellent communication and organisational skills, with attention to detail
- Good working knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Commercial awareness and a genuine interest in retail and fresh produce
It would be great, but not essential, if you also have experience in fresh produce, food manufacturing, agriculture or FMCG, an understanding of UK retail supply chains, or knowledge of category management.
