Account Executive

£75,000–£90,000 base + 50% OTE; Uncapped commission; Remote/Flexible

About the role

We're looking for an Account Executive to join a fast-growing, technically-minded sales team at a company building AI-powered time-tracking software trusted by mid-market and enterprise businesses. This is a full-cycle sales role, you'll own the deal from first demo through close, selling into CTOs, CFOs, and Operations leaders who care about profitability, gross margins, and operational efficiency.

Deal sizes range from £50k to £500k, sourced through a healthy mix of mostly inbound demand, self-sourced outreach, and AI-powered SDR support. You'll need to be as comfortable running a polished product demo.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

  • Managing a full sales cycle across a range of deal sizes and complexity
  • Selling a technical, value-based product into technical and financial stakeholders (CTO, CFO, Ops)
  • Running your calendar for inbound lead bookings and closing
  • Demoing and articulating the product's fit within existing tech stacks (ERPs, project management tools like ClickUp, and similar)
  • Owning your numbers with real autonomy, this isn't a heavily scripted or micromanaged environment

What we're looking for

  • Genuine hunger and a track record of hitting or exceeding targets
  • Comfortable prospecting and self-sourcing, not purely reliant on inbound
  • Experience selling into technical and financial buyers, ideally with some exposure to project management, SaaS, or operational efficiency tools
  • Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, agile environment and can adapt quickly
  • Motivated by earning potential and autonomy rather than leaderboard-style recognition
  • A genuine interest in the product, you'll sell it better if you actually rate it
