About the Role

We’re looking for an ambitious, commercially driven Account Executive to join a growing sales team and help businesses transform the way they communicate with their customers.

As an AE, you’ll own the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery through to commercial negotiation and close. You’ll work with customer experience, contact centre, IT and business leaders to understand their challenges and position our CCaaS (Contact Centre as a Service) platform as a strategic solution. This is an opportunity for someone who understands SaaS sales, enjoys complex conversations with senior stakeholders, and knows how to turn genuine customer problems into compelling commercial outcomes.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Own the end-to-end sales cycle across a defined territory or customer segment.
  • Develop and execute account and territory plans to consistently achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Generate pipeline through a combination of outbound prospecting, inbound opportunities, partner relationships and account expansion.
  • Engage with senior stakeholders across Customer Experience, Contact Centre, IT, Operations and C-suite functions.
  • Lead consultative discovery to uncover business challenges, customer experience priorities and technology requirements.
  • Build compelling business cases around customer experience, operational efficiency, automation, AI and cost optimisation.
  • Deliver engaging product demonstrations and commercial presentations, often alongside Solutions Consultants and technical specialists.
  • Manage multiple stakeholders and navigate complex, multi-threaded sales processes.
  • Develop strong relationships with prospects and customers throughout the buying journey.
  • Own forecasting, pipeline management and CRM hygiene.
  • Negotiate commercial agreements and successfully close new business.
  • Collaborate closely with SDRs, Solutions Consultants, Customer Success, Marketing, Partnerships and Leadership.
  • Stay up to date with the CCaaS, CX, conversational AI and cloud communications market and competitive landscape.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
